To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

 

HOW IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE CALCULATED FOR AN ORDER?

 

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Mumbai Region.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

 

Most orders are dispatched within 5 - 7 working days of placing the order and are delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery to special zones like Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might take more time than usual.

 

ValueCart.in shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased Products in the event of any force majeure event including flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of ValueCart.in

 

 

Please note that we promise dispatch timelines and have no control over delivery timelines. Different shippers take different times to reach different locations and hence, we do not promise that a product will reach you by a specific date.  That said, we do track shipments to make sure they are not unnecessarily delayed and will continue to follow up with shipping companies until the product reaches you. 

 

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

 

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-80395-91800 or email us at care@valuecart.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

 

Any order placed for a Product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

 

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. ValueCart.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall exclusively and solely be on the user.

 

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be charged from the User which shall be payable simultaneously upon the delivery of the Product or at such time as may be directed by ValueCart.in to you.
